Tru Shares: Work Place Issues Amplify
Recently I have had to deal with several issues at work that include working relationships with co-workers who, should I say, cause me mild migraines early in the morning. I’m not sure why I’m having these issues but what ever the reason, it has to stop. At my job I’m responsible for the look of our websites and I take the position really seriously but it seems that other’s don’t feel the same way. So I’m finding myself having to continuously speak to folks about issues over and over again. I have decided to let those folks take the rap for their constant and blatant actions. I’ve put my concerns in writing several times including an email that I am sending out today. I’m I concerned at this point? “No!”
