- back to work Monday. Will get a second opinion for car repair. Firestone wants me to fork over 1300 to fix manifold. I said manifold this! #
- Back on the grind this morning on air and updating websites 4 Radio One Raleigh. Multitasking baby. Finally got good price on my car repair. #
- ready to get back to the crib. Its been a long day. But gotta make time to get faithfully fit. Gonna hit the wall later on. Why not join me. #

- @phontigallo popeyes for those from up north (DC) but since here in NC Bo’s is a close second. Popeyes has the best dirty rice hands down. #
- did another 3 + mile walk at the wall. Stopped myself from getting a slice of pizza instead opting for some skinless chx. that was rough. #
- is being inspired by the Biggest Loser but and the same time wondering how does anybody lose 110 in six weeks? One day at a time. #
- is back up and working to make that money. Excited at the notion of getting my car back today and getting rid of the rental. #

- decided to do a first. Watching a rugby game in durham in the rain. Crazy. Like football but continuous motion. Wow. #
- so rugby was pretty good game the home got their azz’s handed to them on a platter. Too much mud and water for me. #
- Is at a throwback party playing Perfection, Connect Four, and uno. Wow. At least I didn’t miss the bus to get here. Thanks Janella! #
